I am a doctoral candidate studying political theory, race and ethnic politics, and 20th century American political and social history, based in Los Angeles, CA.

I study political theory, focusing on conflict, violence, democratic politics, and their intersection with race and ethnic politics through American political and social history.

I teach for numerous courses, spanning multiple disciplines, fields, intellectual interests, themes, and conversations, engaging in conversation with students from diverse backgrounds.

I write at intersection of politics, race, and culture.
